How do you practice self-care?

I try to walk & exercise every day as well as

Eat healthy & take time to read & spend time in prayer. I also journal & sometimes I take an hour or so to go to a local coffee shop to work or just regroup for the week.

I also have a group of ladies I meet with every week to share stories & prayers with. They are a great encouragement to me.

There are days when none of these things happen, but I try. And if I have an off day, then I try again the next day. Little by little, I am forming healthy habits.

I also love to garden although my yard doesn’t look like it. When I can get outside though, spending time gardening refreshes my spirit.
